- First, log in to WHM.
- Then, head to Show Accounts Over Quota option in the search pane on the left.
- Now, we will come across a lot of cPanels under our WHM. In case, the disk space is maxed out, we can opt to raise the disk space quote by creating a new package or changing the package in WHM and assigning it to cPanel.
How to change the WHM package
- First, log in to WHM to get started.
- Then, in the left-hand search pane, look for Edit a Package.
- Next, choose the package to edit and select the Edit option.
- After that, make the appropriate changes in the Disk Quota (MB) field. Alternatively, we can opt for Unlimited.
- Finally, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.
How to change cPanel's Disk Space
- To begin, go to WHM and log in.
- Then, head to the Quota Modification option in the search pane on the left.
- Next, choose the cPanel primary domain or username that we want to modify.
- After that, modify the disk space and click Save.
